BBI Researcher Jason Harris to Speak at Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival

On Saturday, September 29, BBI Research Associate Jason Harris, will speak at the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival in LeCube at the School of Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, Ohio. He will be speaking on a panel with other speakers including Nancy Silberkleit, Co-CEO of Archie Comics.

The Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival celebrates diversity, disability, and difference. The film festival is a universal approach to the City of Cincinnati celebrating its shared humanity, regardless of background, education, gender, ethnicity, nationality, generation, age, religious background, sexual orientation, or ability.

The session titled “Beyond Stereotypes: Creating and Incorporating Diverse Characters with Depth” will discuss how accomplished storytellers, from comic book authors to Hollywood screenwriters, have learned to create diverse characters with depth.
